A size #0 bubble mailer measures 6×10 inches on the outside. It typically suits phone cases, small cosmetics, cables and other small items. This is the most commonly sold size. The usable space inside is usually about half an inch smaller each way, so measure your item before you buy.
Pack size matters a lot. A pack of 5 poly mailers costs about $1.04 each at its cheapest, but buying 250 brings that down to 10.6¢ each, which is 90% less per mailer.
Poly (plastic outside) mailers are usually cheaper than kraft paper ones: in packs of 100, the cheapest poly is 16.0¢ each and the cheapest kraft is 16.4¢. Kraft paper mailers are easier to recycle where paper is collected.
